The criminal docket in Judge Kathy Seeley’s courtroom on Friday, June 21, 2024, is as follows:

Robin Cossins appeared on a Bail Modification. His Adult Probation & Parole Officer, Faith Niles, Bozeman, appeared by Zoom; and said that upon review of his file, found out that Cossins has nine lifetime DUIs, including a Revocation out of Ravalli County on a DUI. Bail is reduced to $20,000. If he is released, he must report to Adult Probation & Parole within 24 hours.

John Hansson will have the Omnibus filed today; but, a resolution to this case is in the works.

Gordon Breeden had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to failure to register a vehicle, speeding, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. He receives 10 months credit time served. He must pay $570 in fines. Count 4 (cpdp) is deferred six months. He has a bed date at Badlands Treatment Center. He must pay $90 in fees and surcharges.

Gary Hamilton appeared for a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to misdemeanor charges, (1) partner/family assault, (2) resisting arrest and (3) disorderly conduct. In his elocution, he pulled a boxcutter during an argument. LEO arrived; Hamilton would not comply to their requests, so they had to put their hands on him. He is Sentenced to (ct 1) one day in jail, (ct2) six months in jail, minus 5 days. (ct 3) one-year BCDC, all suspended except for 12 days. He must pay a $100 fine, $100 fees & surcharges, plus 40 hours of anger management.
