K.C. Johnson (Kathleen Ann Carey Johnson) died suddenly March 24, 2024, at the home of her eldest daughter and caretaker, Jill Amsk.
KC was born June 1, 1946, to John Clarence and Anna Louise Carey. She grew up in New Jersey and later moved to Montana where she worked at the Townsend dental office, hospital and school.
KC was preceded in death by husband, David; granddaughter, Ava; son, Eric; brother, Danny and sister, Maxine. She is survived by daughters, Jill Amsk and Jennifer (Jacob) Peterson; grandchildren, T.J., Dawson, Nolan, & Lilly; brother John Carey; and sisters, Margaret Carey and Patricia Neiss.
KC had a unique personality and strong love for her family and friends. She was passionate about her faith in Jesus. She enjoyed trying new things like kayaking, golf, fly fishing, and cross-country skiing to name a few.
Please join us for a celebration of her life on June 22nd at the Trailhead Christian Fellowship Church at 2:00 pm.
KC's favorite verses were: Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
