The criminal docket in Judge Michael McMahon’s courtroom on Friday, June 14, is as follows:
Darcie Roerick had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges to criminal possession of dangerous drugs. Omnibus is due November 22; Pre-Trial will be 12-27: with the Jury Trial to commence on January 28, 2025.
Bert Ginsberg had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges of two times criminal possession of dangerous drugs, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended and no insurance (2nd offense). Omnibus is due on July 12; Pre-Trial January 10; with the Jury Trial set for February 10. His Petition to Revoke with a summons served; $25,000 bond remains, as well as all previous conditions.
Krisina Peck had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to two charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Omnibus is due on July 12; Pre-Trial January 10; with the Jury Trial set for February 10.
Shadow Robbins will have a Change of Plea on August 9.
Lonnie Pruitt will have a Status Hearing on July 12.
Tylor Castona appeared for Sentencing on his Plea Agreement to incest. It is discovered that there were 14 videos of contact and 44 instances of contact between him and the victim between the Plea Agreement and now. The Judge had ruled that he have NO CONTACT with A.B. during that time. Because of his own actions, Castona is Sentenced to 15 years Montana State Prison, with 10 suspended. He must attend sex offender treatment, and be labeled as a Tier 2 sex offender, and register as such. He must attend anger management, as well as be screened for substance abuse. After all treatment is completed, he may apply to Pre-Release. He has fines of a total of $2,180, which he may apply to credit days served OR applied to fines.
