The criminal docket in Judge Michael Menahan’s courtroom on Friday, June 7, is as follows:
Priscella Evans had a Status Hearing. She has completed her chemical dependency evaluation and is currently awaiting a bed date at Recovery Centers of Montana. She will have an Evidentiary Hearing on August 2.
Joseph Johnson had his Sentencing on criminal possession of dangerous drugs. His four-year deferred sentence was re-deferred. He is to serve a nine-month stint with the NEXUS treatment program, followed by Pre-Release. He must abide by all previous conditions, as well.
