The criminal docket in Judge Michael McMahon’s courtroom on Friday, May 31 is as follows:
Damien Duffy appears for a Petition to Revoke a suspended sentence and to Sentencing; admitting to multiple offenses. 1) He was involved in a traffic accident, admitting to DUI. He admits to meth possession. 3) He admits to failing to report to Adult Probation & Parole. 4) He admits to being in a casino. 7) He admits to possession of methamphetamine in Gallatin County and 11) he admits to being charged. He was Sentenced to 5 years Department of Corrections, with none suspended. He must be screened for treatment at NEXUS He receives 498 days credit street time, with credit time served in jail to be determined. All conditions imposed; as well as fees and surcharges as imposed by Judge Seeley.
Edward Seibert had an Initial Appearance on a Fugitive Complaint out of Texas. Texas will transport him before June 20, 2024.
John Hansson appeared for an Admit/Deny Hearing; denying charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. His Evidentiary Hearing will be on July 12.
Ward Scow had a Petition to Revoke on an allegation of a third DUI (aggravated). Pre-Trial Conference is set for September 13; with the Jury Trial to be October 7.
Tylor Castona had his Sentencing continued. He pled Guilty in a Change of Plea to incest. Sentencing is continued until June 14.
Samuel Cascaddian will have his Jury Trial on June 10.
Lonnie Pruitt will have a Status Hearing on June 14.
