In honor and remembrance for Memorial Day weekend, on Saturday, May 25, over twenty community volunteers went out to various cemeteries throughout the County to place American flags at the graves of our past Veterans. Their assistance in doing this tribute to our brothers and sisters in arms is very much appreciated by our American Legion Family.
Memorial Day is a special time to honor America's history and commemorate the bravery, courage, and honor of our military men and women, with special prayers for those who gave the Supreme Sacrifice in service to our country.
