The criminal docket in Judge Christopher Abbott’s courtroom on Friday, May 24 is as follows:
Kyler Stewart had his bond reduced to $1,500.
Brian Whitticar appeared on a Petition to Revoke. Because he was arrested Thursday night, 5-24, with a blood alcohol content of .295 (way over twice the legal limit), he is in custody and will be back in court on Friday, 31.
Damien Duffy had an Initial Appearance on a Petition to Revoke a 5-year suspended sentence. It is alleged that there are new violations: 1) theft of a vehicle, 2) criminal possession of dangerous drugs 3) criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He is returning to court on May 31.
Margaret Austin has been Sentenced for a DUI. She received a five-year suspended sentence. She has been accepted into inpatient treatment for 13 months.
Kyle Mostad is in Federal Custody. He will have a Status Hearing on June 28.
Julie Humphries is number 11 in line for treatment in Galen. A Status Hearing is set for July 26.
Steven Barnes is Sentenced according to a Plea Bargain, 10 years suspended Montana State Prison (85 days credit time served) and 5 years MSP suspended to be served consecutively. He will be under Adult Patient and Parole for 15 years. In that time, he is to maintain (and pass) all programming suggested by AP&P.
