Billings Clinic Broadwater is pleased to announce that Justin Tiffany has been named as its new Chief Executive Officer. Tiffany brings a wealth of experience, local ties and a strong commitment to advancing healthcare excellence throughout Townsend and Broadwater County.
“On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are excited that Justin Tiffany has accepted the CEO position at Billings Clinic Broadwater,” said Board Chair Kathy Blair. “After a lengthy CEO search process with a number of highly qualified candidates, we are delighted that Justin’s experience, character, and passion for rural health care put him in the top spot. We look forward to continued excellence at Billings Clinic Broadwater under his leadership. Congratulations Justin.”
Justin has worked at Billings Clinic Broadwater since November 2020, when he joined as Director of Clinic and Ancillary Services. Three years later, in November 2023 he stepped into the role of Interim CEO.
Prior to coming to Townsend, Justin spent nearly 15 years with Sanford Health, gaining experience in various roles within quality, data and analytics, and project management. Since joining Billings Clinic Broadwater, he has been instrumental in day-to-day operations while contributing to its growth, stability, and strategic planning, including leading the clinic through a major move and expansion in recent years.
“It’s a genuine honor to take on the role of CEO at Billings Clinic Broadwater,” he said. “This is a pivotal time in health care, and I am excited to keep working with the incredible people here to continue our mission of providing high quality care to our patients and meet the evolving needs of our community.”
