Noyes, And Flynn Re-elected To School Board

Voters have returned Jason Noyes and Vanessa Flynn to the Townsend School District 1 board of trustees. Noyes was elected to his third term on the board with 1,032 votes while Flynn was elected to her second term with 896 votes. Audrey Martin was unsuccessful in the three-way race with 642 votes. Terms are for three years.
Results were reported late Tuesday, May 7, by Angie Paulsen, Broadwater County Clerk and Recorder, and Election Administrator. Voting was conducted only by mail. Ballots were mailed to the district’s registered voters April 22.
Noyes is a Toston area farmer and father of four children, three of whom attended and graduated from the Townsend school and one a sophomore at Townsend High. Flynn is a stay-at-home mother. She and her rancher husband have four children, ages 10-17. Martin is a Winston resident with one child in school.
