Seniors! JUMPSTART YOUR FUTURE $500 GRANT

STOKE believes in the power of young people to pursue individual goals and dreams. STOKE is awarding two graduating seniors a $500 Jumpstart Your Future Grant. The awarded funds can be used toward any expense involved with pursuing future goals. This includes but is not limited to tuition, relocation expenses, rent and supplies. Your participation in STOKE programs is not required but may weigh in the final decision. Please return completed essays to Mr. Schnittgen in the high school by May 13, 2024.
To apply for the Jumpstart Your Future Grant, please submit a 1 or 2-page essay considering the following topics:
1). Please tell us what your 5-year goal for your future is;
2). How has Science, Technology, Outdoor activities, Knowledge and Entrepreneurship inspired you to pursue your goal;
3) What unique opportunities has this community provided for you;
4)Please describe any STOKE programs you have been involved with and how they have impacted your goal;
5) What is the biggest financial challenge associated with pursuing your goal;
6) If you had the opportunity to tell younger students about STOKE programs, what would you tell them?
