Commercial Bar Story Editors of the MT 43 News:
The story of the Commercial Bar had a gap in it.
In 1989 on its 100-year anniversary the Commercial Bar was closed. It was then owned by American Federal Saving and Loan. A team of friends who loved the bar and its prominent importance to the community purchased it. Matt Donnelly, Don Hanson, Dave Hanson and Marcia Bieber were the new owners. Marcia sold to her partners and they then sold to Joe and Kim Kondelik in 1996. The rest of the story.
