The criminal docket in Judge Michael Menahan’s courtroom on Friday, May 3 is as follows:
Dustin Redfox had his Omnibus continued. It is now due on May 10.
Samuel Cooper also had his Omnibus continued. It is now due by May 10, as well.
Pricilla Evans had an Initial Appearance on a Petition to Revoke a suspended sentence. There are allegations that she did not stay in contact with her Adult Probation and Parole Officer. There will be a Status Hearing on June 7. She is currently applying to treatment facilities.
Ward Scow had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges of 1) criminal endangerment, 2) DUI (3rd offense) 3) driving while license suspended or revoked. Omnibus is due June 14; Pre-Trial is set for September 13; with the Jury Trial scheduled for October 7.
John Bourn had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges of 1) DUI (4th or subsequent offense) and 2) open container. Omnibus is due July 12; Pre-Trial is set for September 13; with the Jury Trial scheduled for October 7.
Robert Reich had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges of 1) assault of a law enforcement officer, 2) partner/family member assault (2nd offense) 3) disorderly conduct 4) resisting arrest,5) assault 6) assault on a police officer. Omnibus is due June 21; Pre-Trial is set for October 18; Jury Trial is scheduled for November 12.
Joseph Johnson had his Sentencing continued until June 7.
Richard Karp is now under Federal care and will have a Status Hearing on August 2.
