The criminal docket in Judge Kathy Seeley’s courtroom on Friday, April 19 is as follows:
John Hansson appeared for a Petition to Revoke. The Petition to Revoke is continued until May 31.
John Hansson had an Initial Appearance on a charge of Petition to Revoke. The Arraignment will be heard on April 26.
Adam Laverne Brannon had an Evidentiary Hearing, with admissions to 1.) criminal possession of dangerous drugs 2.) driving without a driver’s license 3.) Ashley Collins had a Change of Plea on a charge of failing to have vehicle equipped with license plate light that could be seen at 50 feet.4.) criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was re-deferred with three years, with all previous conditions in place. Defendant must comply with mental health evaluation; must see a psychiatrist and follow all recommendations.
Ashley Collins had a Change of Plea; pleading guilty to a charge of endangering children. She plead guilty to putting her children at risk for her behavior. Sentencing is set for May 24.
Bert Ginsberg had an Initial Appearance on charges of theft of a light vehicle and two counts of fabricating or tampering with evidence. The defendant will be released on his own recognizance. He is to follow all conditions of his release, complying with conditions of no contact; except for his girlfriend. His Arraignment will be May 31.
Paul Douglas Creason had a Status Hearing; where he was Sentenced to four years D.O.C. with none suspended, recommending he be screened for chemical dependency evaluation, following all recommendations and to apply for Pre-Release.
