The criminal docket in Judge Micheal McMahon’s courtroom on Friday, April 12 is as follows:

Gabriel Puga had an Admit/Denial Hearing on a Petition to Revoke a suspended sentence; denying the allegations of failing to remain law-abiding. He will have an Evidentiary Hearing on April 26.

Troy Sharrette had his Sentencing. He was recently sentenced in Lewis & Clark County to 10 years D.O.C., with five years suspended. In this court, he is sentenced in two cases. In the first, he has five years suspended to run concurrent to his Lewis & Clark sentence. In the second, he receives five years suspended to run consecutive to his Lewis & Clark sentence. He receives credit time served from August 8, 2022 to July 17 2023; October 22, 2023 to October 25,2023 and January 1, 2024 to April 12, 2024. He is to be screened for appropriate treatment. All conditions are re-imposed; including new conditions set forth in his Pre-Sentence Investigation.

Ashley Lage had her Sentencing. Her Missoula Adult Probation and Parole Officer, Brett Gordon appeared via Zoom, as did Miss Lage. Mr. Gordon stated how proud he was of the defendant; how she had gotten a job and housing as soon as she returned to Missoula and that she begins SMART Treatment Court on Monday, April 15. In Yellowstone County, her sentence was 15 years with five suspended. She will be on Probation until 2033. Her sentence in this court is five years suspended, to run concurrent with her Yellowstone matter, under the condition that she graduate the 18 month-long SMART Treatment Court.

Savanah Goodman had her Sentencing. Her Missoula County case granted her 6 years, DOC. She has been in Passages Treatment for one month. After she leaves there, she will be going to Elkhorn Treatment Center for 9 months. Her Sentence in this court is five years D.O.C., to run concurrent to her Missoula matter.

Lonnie Pruitt had a Status Hearing. His Jury Trial will be on June 10.

Amber Harms had a Status Hearing her June 10 Jury Trial is continued until October 7. Her Pre-Trial Conference is set for September 13. She must apply/enroll in Behavioral Health Treatment Court.

Shadow Robbins had a Status Hearing. Her Jury Trial is continued until October 7. Her Pre-Trial Conference is set for September 13. She is to apply to Treatment Court. She stated that she has already completed Intensive Outpatient, as well as Prime for Life.
