Here are our Players of the week!
TRACK
Girls:
Girls track player of the week is Havyn Vandenacre. She broke her own record in javelin throwing 127”11. And state qualifying in 3 events on our first meet: javelin, 100m hurdles time of 16.12 and 300 m hurdles time of 47.42.
Boys:
Boys track player of the week is Gavin Schmele. Gavin has had an unfortunate year in sports due to a football injury, so seeing him out and actually having him compete is so exciting! He is already showing leadership by helping out our younger throwers. He also did well in disc throwing 112’ and shot 39’3.
GOLF
Girls Golf’s player of the week is Mikayla Kraft. We did not have a golf meet last. But McKayla showed up every practice ready to learn and improve. She had a great week of practice and improved each day.
Boys Golf player of the week is Jace Mainwaring. We did not have a golf meet last week but Jace showed up every practice ready to learn and improve. He had a great week of practice and improved each day
TENNIS
Callie Gentry is playing varsity singles this year and has made huge strides in her game. Last week Callie went undefeated in Great Falls.
