Sam Cascaden had his Pre-Trial Conference continued until May 2, on charges of theft. His Jury Trial is scheduled for July 10.
Amber Harms had her Pre-Trial vacated, on charges of theft and embezzlement. She is to call her lawyer on Monday at 3 pm. She is to have a Status Hearing on April 12.
Tanner York had a Pre-Trial Conference. He currently is on furlough from Yellowstone County Detention, in treatment. His Jury Trial is scheduled for June 10. His is a companion case, with charges of burglary, theft and tampering. He will have a hearing on May 31.
Lonnie Pruitt, in a companion case to York, is waiting for Discovery from Billings Police. He will have a status Hearing on April 12.
Francis Pierce has a Change of Plea on April 12., on a charge of accountability for theft.
Steven Barnes is in custody and will be sentenced on May 24.
