Fall Fest Offers A Unique Shopping Experience
Author: Laura Obert, Fall Fest Vendor Chair
October 1 & 2, 2022 – Saturday and Sunday at Heritage Park & along Pine Street
In a month, Heritage Park, Pine Street and Broadway will transform into Townsend Rotary Fall Fest again. And you’re all invited! Live bands will fill the air with music, antique and classic cars will line Broadway, and over 100 vendors will transform our park and neighborhood streets into a line of shops selling unique arts and crafts.
Fall Fest vendors offer shoppers unique hand-crafted items for all occasions: Christmas, birthdays, or just because you care. Treat yourself or loved ones. Some of our artisans are creative locals and others come from all over Montana and surrounding states. Many have been with us for years; it’s your support that keeps them coming back.
Old favorites are returning, and new vendors will join us this year. Here’s a general list of what you’ll find:
• Rugs, furniture, and art for your walls,
• Yard art including chainsaw bears, moose, fire pits, and bird houses,
• Stained glass and pottery,
• Vintage clothing, tie dye, knit hats, Alpaca socks, and wool blankets,
• Purses and handbags,
• Jewelry, including Montana Sapphires,
• Candles, tumblers, lotions, puzzles, hair accessories,
• Children’s clothing, books, and games,
• Jams, candies, teas, custom oil and vinegar,
• Face painting and a wide variety of kids’ activities—for all ages.
And to ensure you have the energy to shop, play, and socialize, along with Rotary’s world-famous brats, food vendors will serve Acai bowls, Chinese and international foods, and there’s American cuisine like tri-tip sandwiches, corn dogs, snow cones, corn-on-the-cob, pretzels, kettle corn, and cotton candy! And more…
Come and join us for a weekend of FREE fun, friends, family, and shopping at Townsend Rotary Fall Fest on October 1 & 2, 2022!
