The criminal docket in Judge Michael McMahon’s courtroom on Friday, August 12 was as follows:

Christopher Hogeweide appeared in court for a Change of Plea, pleading Guilty to felony sexual as­sault of a minor less than 16 and he was three years, or more, older. The court ordered a Pre-Sentence Investigation and a Psycho-Sexual Evaluation. His attorney stated he had undergone an evaluation. The judge ordered it updated. His Sentencing is set for December 2, 2022.

James Swan was Scheduled for an Omnibus Hear­ing but it was continued until August 19, provided the Office of Public Defender can get him an attorney.

Chad Holmes had a Change of Plea, pleading Guilty to two counts: DUI (fourth or subsequent offense) and reckless driving. In his elocution, he stated that while in Broadwater County, he drove under the influence, causing threat of bodily harm. The court ordered a Pre-Sentence Investigation, with the Sentencing to be on October 14. The Judge ordered briefs submitted by September 20.
