The criminal docket in Judge Micheal Menahan’s courtroom on Friday, March 2, is as follows:
Gordon Breedon is getting new dates on charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, displaying fictitious or altered plates; and speeding over the night limit of 65mph. his new Pre-trial Conference is set for June 21; with the Jury Trial scheduled for July 15, 2024.
Stacey Croy had a Status Hearing on charges of two charges of issuing bad checks in excess of $5,000. She has paid restitution; so, the State filed a Motion to Dismiss.
Richard Karp Jr. had an Admit/Denials for a Petition to Revoke. He has a new charge of DUI, 4th or subsequent occurrence. He denied this charge. His Evidentiary Hearing will be on April 5, 2024
Richard Karp Jr. had an Arraignment, pleading Not Guilty to charges of DUI, 4th or subsequent occurrence, unlawful possession of open container in a motor vehicle, and criminal possession of marijuana (or products or paraphernalia in a motor vehicle) on a State Highway. Omnibus is due on May 3; Pre-Trial is August 2; with the Jury Trial scheduled for September 3, 2024.
