The criminal docket in Judge Michael Menahan’s courtroom on Friday, February 2 is as follows:

Bradley Little appeared by Zoom with his Adult Probation & Parole Officer, with a motion for a conditional release from supervision. The judge denied the motion, saying that not enough time had passed. The judge urged Little to reapply in six months.

Mark Black had an Initial Appearance on charges of 1) misdemeanor partner/family member assault 2) misdemeanor partner/family member assault and 3) felony partner/family member assault. His Arraignment is February 9.

Ashley Lage had a Change of Plea, pleading No Contest to a charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs (meth). A Pre-Sentence Investigation is ordered. Sentencing is on March 8. A No Contest plea does not require elocution.

Savannah Goodman had a Change of Plea, pleading Guilty to a charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs (meth). In her elocution, she stated that while driving in Broadwater County, they were stopped by police. Because both people in the car were probationers, the car was searched; meth was found. A Pre-Sentence Investigation is ordered; Sentencing is on April 12.

Cassandra Washington had a Change of Plea and Sentencing, pleading Guilty to possession of dangerous drugs (meth). In her elocution, she stated that she possessed meth while in Broadwater County. Her Sentence is that she serves 3-year years D.O.C., with credit time served, and that she be screened for appropriate chemical dependency treatment, followed by Pre-Release. Her sentence will run concurrently with other sentences. She must pay all fees and surcharges.

Stacy Croy’s Status Hearing is continued to March 1.

Robert Cluff was to have Sentencing; but did not appear in court. He is charged with failure to comply with the Pre-Sentence Investigation process. If he does not appear on February 9, an arrest warrant will follow.
