Billings Clinic Broadwater Chief Executive Officer Resigns

Jenny Clowes, Billings Clinic Broadwater Chief Executive Officer(CEO), resigned from her position with the clinic and was honored at a staff party on December 13. According to a release from Billings Clinic, Clowe’s resignation marks the end of an era with the Townsend hospital.
A Broadwater High School graduate who went on to become a certified public accountant, she began working at the hospital in 2013 when she joined as Chief Financial Officer. She became CEO of the hospital when Billings Clinic purchased the then-publicly-owned hospital in 2020.
She has resigned to take a position with FEDKO Emergency Physicians as vice president of operations and development to help manage and staff emergency rooms across the Midwest.
During Clowes’ tenure the hospital, clinic and long-term care facility was remodeled to include expanded clinic space, a new physical therapy facility and an expanded emergency department while keeping the facility operating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Justin Tiffany, Billings Clinic Broadwater director of clinic and ancillary services, will act as interim administrator of the hospital. The facility offers primary care, 24/7 emergency care, radiology, laboratory services, diagnostic imaging and specialty outreach services-including mammography, pediatrics, pediatric endocrinology and urology.
