Sometimes unforeseen circumstances create situations where families can use some cheering up at Christmas.
For many years the Broadwater County Lions have helped bring joy to a couple of families who might otherwise have a bleak Christmas morning.
Lion president, Christina Hartmann, enjoys a four or five-hour shopping trip to gather the needed gifts- clothing, food, and toys; and then spends a couple more hours wrapping them.
The Broadwater County Lions Club wishes a Merry Christmas to everyone.
