The criminal docket in Judge Michael Menahan’s courtroom on Friday, December 1 is as follows:

Hector Martinez had an Arraignment, pleading Not Guilty to bail jumping. He will be in court again on December 15.

Dylan Ridenour had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to resisting arrest and burglary. In his elocution, he stated “I entered my stepfather’s home without permission and had a verbal argument. I fled the scene on foot, a deputy tackled me and I fought him." He will be sentenced on January 5, 2024.

Tylor Castona had an Initial Appearance on a Petition to Revoke. He allegedly violated his conditions of release. His bond is $150,000. His Pre-Trial Conference is set for January 12, 2024; with the Jury Trial scheduled for February 5.

Paul Creason did not show up for his Pre-Trial Conference. An Arrest Warrant is issued. His Jury Trial is scheduled for January 2, 2024.

Damien Duffy had a Petition to Revoke a suspended sentence. He will be back in court on January 12.

Priscella Evan had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to a charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs (meth). In her elocution, she stated that “while in Broadwater County, I was a passenger in a car involved in a traffic stop. The driver gave permission for the deputy to search. I had syringes in my purse with methamphetamine residue. She will be screened for appropriate treatment in Great Falls. She is Sentenced to three years D.O.C., all suspended. She must pay $80 in fees and surcharges.

John Hansson had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges of intimidation and criminal mischief. Omnibus is due by February 9, 2024; Pre-Trial is set for May 10; with the Jury Trial scheduled on June 10, 2024.

Jody Giles had an Initial Appearance on a charge of accountability to criminal mischief and burglary. Her Arraignment will be December 15.

Cassandra Washington has a Change of Plea continued until January 19, 2024.

Stacy Croy will be seen on January 5, 2024.

Adam Lee pled No Contest to negligent endangerment; for allegedly firing a shot into a car. He received a one-year deferred sentence. He must pay $80 in fees and surcharges.
