The City of Townsend is seeking letters of interest to fill the council positions for Ward I and Ward II. Ward I will fill Vickie Rauser’s seat through 2025; Ward II will fill Ken Urich’s seat through 2027. Both positions will be sworn in on the 29th of December 2023 and begin on the 1st of January 2024.
Please drop off letters of interest on or before 5:00 p.m. December 18th to the City Hall at 110 Broadway, Townsend, MT.
