It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore M. Lawrence of Townsend, Montana, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his brother Joe Smith (Hazel); his children, Cindy Lawrence (Rod Foster) and Theodore Lawrence Junior (Theresa Lawrence); his grandchildren, Colter Lawrence, Cole Prater and Taylor Lawrence; his great-grandchildren, Easton, Elsie, Madison and Hazel; and his siblings-in-law, Butch (Luci Christensen) and Kaye (Dean Rothschiller). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 15th, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home (212 Broadway St, Townsend, MT 59644). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 16th, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Trailhead Christen Fellowship. The military honors were held on Thursday, November 16th, 2023 at the Montana State Veterans Cemetery (3550 Heroes Rd, Helena West Side, MT 59636).
