The criminal docket in Judge Michael Menahan’s courtroom on Friday, November 3 is as follows:

Hector Martinez had a warrant for failure to appear for his Pre-Trial Conference. However, he turned himself in. His new Pre-Trial Conference is set for February 16, 2024. Jury Trial in this case is scheduled for March 11. His bond is $25,000.

Samuel Collins had an Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to Robbery, two counts of assault with a weapon, and two counts of theft of property. Omnibus is due December 15; Pre-Trial is set for February 16, 2024; with the Jury Trial scheduled for March 11.

Donald Dewitt had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to DUI 4th or subsequent. In his elocution, he stated that he operated a vehicle in Broadwater County, on a public road, with a blood alcohol content of at least .08. He has been accepted at Veteran’s Treatment Court in Yellowstone County. A Pre-Sentence Investigation is ordered. His Sentencing will be on January 5, 2024.

Shane Tamcke had an Arraignment; where it was proven that he had paid restitution in full for a bad check.
