Forrest Martins had a Sentencing to an amended charge of criminal endangerment. A Pre-Sentence Investigation was submitted. He is Sentenced to three years D.O. C.; to run concurrent to a Lewis & Clark County Sentence. He will be able to use his 304 days credit time served on the L&CC conviction. He receives his due ‘street time’, as well. He must pay $80 for fees and surcharges.

Damien Duffy had an Initial Appearance on a Petition to Revoke a suspended sentence; offering denials to the allegations of 1) failure to remain law aiding. 2) possessing or using alcohol or drugs (DUI) 3) absconding from supervision. 4) gambling 5) possessing firearms, weapons or ammunition and, 6) resisting arrest. A Status Hearing will be held on November 17.

Samuel Collins has an Initial Appearance on charges of Robbery, two counts of assault with a weapon. 4) theft of a vehicle and two counts of theft of property of less than $1,500. He will be Arraigned on November 3.

Gabriel Puga had a Change of Plea; pleading No Contest to the amended charge of criminal endangerment. He will be sentenced on December 29.

Margaret Ausin was Arraigned; pleading Not Guilty to charges of 4th or subsequent DUI and following too closely. Omnibus is due on December 29; Pre-Trial is set for March 22; with the Jury Trial to commence on April 22.

Ian Blaylock is continued until November 17.

Coleen Nickerson is continued until November 17.

Ronald Krusemark had been sentenced on charges of Theft of a vehicle. He must pay restitution for the wrecked vehicle; a fence that was destroyed, towing and recovery; totaling $8,107. 32. He must also pay $80 fees and surcharges. All previous conditions must be abided by, as stated.
