The criminal docket in Judge Kathy Seeley’s courtroom on Friday, October 20 is as follows:
Dylan Ridenhour had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment on a Petition to Revoke on account that he allegedly committed new criminal offenses. He pled Not Guilty to 1) aggravated burglary, or a lesser charge of 2) burglary, 3) assault, and 4) criminal mischief. Omnibus will be December 1; Pre-Trial is set for March 15; with the Jury Trial scheduled for April 29.
Patrick Rambo had a Bond Hearing. Judge Seeley lowered his bond from $35,000 to $20,000. All previous conditions apply and he must comply with Adult Probation & Parole’s conditions.
Bert Plaggemeyer had a Change of Plea; pleading Guilty to 1) DUI (5+), 2) misdemeanor day speeding, 3) misdemeanor seat belt infraction. In his elocution, he stated that while on a public road in Broadwater County, he was speeding, with a blood alcohol content of over .08. A Pre-Sentence Investigation is ordered; with Sentencing to be December 15.
Rodney Wilson was scheduled for a Pre-Trial Conference, but he was arrested in Oklahoma on October 19. He has outstanding warrants in California; so, he will likely be extradited to California. His Jury Trial is vacated. He will have a Status Hearing on November 17.
Hector Martinez was also arrested on a warrant in Oklahoma on October 19. He will likely be extradited to Montana. A Status Conference is scheduled for November 17. His Jury Trial is vacated.
Gary Hamilton will have a Pre-Trial Conference on February 16, 2024; with the Jury Trial scheduled for March 18.
Troy Sharrett has two Petitions to Revoke. He Denies all allegations; and will have an Evidentiary Hearing on January 12, 2024.
Everett Miero had a Status Hearing; he is in the Lewis & Clark County Detention Center. He was granted a furlough for the funeral of his father and was to check in on his return. He returned to the LC&C Detention Center.
