1. Call to order and roll call.
2. Public Participation on Non-Agenda Items: Members of the community are given an opportunity to make brief comments to the Board on matters not included on the agenda. Comments should be on issues not on the agenda, the comments should not infringe on an individual’s constitutional right to privacy and should stay within a three to five-minute timeframe. Public comments on non-agenda items will not be voted on by the board during this meeting. Please state your name and the issue you wish to address.
