(Request for Proposal)
• October 4th: Commission Meeting, Review and decide if you will approve RFP to be sent out.
• October 4th: Send notice to Helena IR (and any other paper you would like to post in) to post advertisement for RFP.
o October 7: RFP advertisement will run for the first time in the Helena IR.
• October 11th: Send notice to Helena IR (and any other paper you would like to post in) to post second advertisement for RFP.
o October 14: RFP advertisement will run for the second time in the Helena IR.
• October 19: Bidding opens
• November 1: Notice sent to the Helena IR that puts this on the agenda for November 8th to open the bids. (This will mean that it runs on November 4th.)
• November 2: Possible question/answer meeting for bidders (See the attached RFP for discussion on this) This meeting will be at 2 PM in the Commissioner’s Office
• November 7 @ 5:00 pm: Bidding closes
• November 8: Commission meeting to open bids and name committee to review bids.
• November 8: Notice sent to the Helena IR that puts this on the agenda for the November 15th Commission meeting. (This will mean that it runs on November 11)
• November 8-14: Committee meets to review bids.
• November 15: Commission meets to have a discussion/decision based on the Committee’s recommendation
