The criminal docket in Judge Michael Menahan’s courtroom on Friday, October 6, 2023, is as follows:
Priscilla Evans was arrested on a warrant after absconding. Her new Pre-Trial is December 1; with the new Jury Trial scheduled for January 3, 2024. She is released on her own recognizance. She must abide by all previous conditions.
Kaleen Dozer had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to two counts of assault with a weapon, partner/family member assault, and criminal mischief. Omnibus is due December 15; Pre-Trial is set for March 22; with the Jury Trial scheduled for April 29.
Troy Sharrett had an Initial Appearance on a Petition to Revoke. He faces new charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs with intent to deliver, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, and assault. His Admit/Deny Hearing will be on October 20. He must abide by all previously set conditions.
Patrick Rambo had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to assault, tampering with a witness, kidnapping, partner/family member assault and criminal mischief. Omnibus is due December 15; Pre-Trial is set for February 16, 2024; with the Jury Trial scheduled for March 11. He will have a bond hearing on October 20.
Rebbekah Green had an Admit/Deny Hearing on a Petition to Revoke probation of a partner/family member assault. She admits to a new criminal offense; driving while intoxicated and failure to remain law abiding. She is Sentenced to seven days in jail; to be served at least three days at a time (for ease of detention staff).
Douglas Shane Tamke had an Initial Appearance on a charge of issuance of a bad check above the amount of $5,000. Arraignment will be on November 3.
Amber Hart had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to theft and embezzlement. Omnibus is due December 7; Pre-Trial is set for May 10; with the Jury Trial scheduled for June 10.
Rebecca Standley had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs. Omnibus is due November 17; Pre-Trial is set for February 17, 2024; Jury Trial is scheduled for March 17.
