4-H Window Displays
If you are out and about walking Broadway in Townsend, you will see a couple of 4-H Window Displays. The 4-H Program is one of the top youth programs available; however, it is also highly rewarding for leaders. The 4-H program has a widely diverse project offering that is well suited to youth regardless of where they live or their unique interests.
Townsend Drug & Spirits has a Horse Project-based display courtesy of the Broadwater County 4-H Horse Committee.
STOKE, Pop-Up Pantry, & Big Sky Culinary Classes feature a window display based on the many production and nutritional projects, as well as other indoor and outdoor project references.
On behalf of the 4-H program in Broadwater County, many Thanks to these businesses for their support of the 4-H program. While you are enjoying the fall weather, Fall Fest, or gearing up for holiday shopping, please support these businesses, even just to tell them “Thank You” for their support.
Don’t have 4-H-age children? Consider becoming a volunteer leader. The program is rewarding for leaders working with youth in one or more projects. Continuing an investment in our future generations. If you enjoy community involvement, becoming a volunteer leader might be exactly what you’re looking for.
October is the sign-up month for incoming members and selecting projects for the upcoming year. For more information on the 4-H program, contact the Extension Office located at 416 Broadway in Townsend, Montana. Their phone is (406) 266-9242. Or check online at https://BROADWATER.MSUEXTENSION.ORG
