The criminal docket in Judge Kathy Seeley’s courtroom on Friday, October 21 was as follows:

Jimmy Joe Flanagan had a Change of Plea, pleading guilty to misdemeanor driving without a license. In his elocution, Flanagan stated that he was driving without a license in Broadwater County on December 1, 2021. He is Sentenced to six months (all suspended); a $500 fine, fees and surcharges of $80, with the Office of Public Defenders fee waived. He was originally charged with criminal possession of dangerous drugs (meth) and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, but discovery made by the State made them reevaluate those charges.

Nancy Wilson, charged with criminal possession of dangerous drugs had her Jury Trial date vacated, waiving her right to a speedy trial. Her Pre-Trial will be on February 17, 2023, with the Jury Trial scheduled for March 13.

Wayne Johnson had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment, pleading Not Guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs (meth) and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without liability insurance and seatbelt violation. His Omnibus is due by December 9, Pre-Trial is set for May 12, 2023, with the Jury Trial scheduled for June 5.

John Hart had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment pleading not guilty to charges of fourth or subsequent DUI of alcohol or drugs, sexual assault, criminal trespass to property, and obstructing a peace officer. Omnibus is due by December 16. The pre-trial is set for June 16, 2023, with the Jury Trial scheduled for July 17.
