It is with great sadness we announce the passing of James R Normand Sr.
Jim was from Zachary, LA. Jim did not suffer and was with his family in Townsend when he passed from heart failure at the age of 78. Jim is survived by his three children Janice Normand, James R. Normand Jr. and Jill Marie Normand.
There will be a private ash scattering ceremony with immediate family attending
