The criminal docket in Judge Christopher Abbott’s courtroom on Friday, September 22 is as follows:

Justin Henderson had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to a multitude of charges. 1) felony theft of property, 2) felony theft of property, 3) issuing a bad check ($500 +), 4) issuing a bad check ($5,000+), 6) theft of property by deception, 7) theft of property by deception, 8) theft of property by deception, 9) theft of property by deception, 10) theft of property by deception, 11) theft of labor or services by deception, 12) theft of labor or services by deception, and, 13) theft of labor or services by deception. Omnibus is due by November 24; Pre-Trial is set for March 22, 2024; with the Jury Trial scheduled for April 22. He has a $5,000 cash bail. If he is released, he is ordered the following special conditions: No contact with victims or witnesses, he must remain law-abiding, he must not leave the state, he must live at the address provided, he may not open a business, he cannot have a bank account without a co-signer, he must get a GPS ankle bracelet before September 29, and he must sign a waiver of extradition. He is remanded into custody.

Everett Miero made an Initial Appearance and Arraignment on a Petition to Revoke, alleging new criminal offenses. He is charged with partner/family member assault, custodial interference, and violation of a protection order. He pled Not Guilty to all allegations. Omnibus is due by October 27; Pre-Trial is set for December 29; with the Jury Trial scheduled for January 22, 2024. His bond is $10,000; to run concurrent to a Lewis & Clark bond; he must abide by all previously set conditions.

Ashley Collins had an Initial Appearance on a charge of endangering the welfare of children. Her bond is $5,00, concurrent to bond in Lewis & Clark County. She must comply with the state in reference to the custody of children. She is released on her own recognizance. She has until September 29 to get an attorney. Her Omnibus is due by October 27.

Rebecca Standley’s case is continued until October 6

Jeremiah Howe’s case is continued; the date to be determined.

George Marcuzzi had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment in two cases. In the first case, he pled Not Guilty to charges of 1) assault with a weapon, 2) assault with a weapon 3) assault with a weapon, and 4) felony criminal mischief. Omnibus is due October 17; Pre-Trial is set for February 16; with the Jury Trial scheduled for March 11, 2024. The second charge is a Petition to Revoke a deferred or suspended sentence. The allegations are that he was fired from his job, criminal endangerment, drug use, and failure to remain law-abiding. He Denied all the allegations. An Evidentiary Hearing is set for March 15. The bond in each case is $50,000.

Ian Blaylock had an Initial Appearance on a Petition to Revoke a suspended sentence. Adult Probation and Parole alleges that he quit employment, he didn’t report a change of residence, and he failed to report to AP&P. Blaylock Denied the allegations. An Evidentiary Hearing is set for October 27.
