The criminal docket in Judge Kathy Seeley’s courtroom on Friday, August 18 was as follows:

Gordon Breeden had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs (fentanyl), displaying fictitious plates and speeding on the interstate. Omnibus is due October 20; Pre-Trial is set for February 16, 2024; with the Jury Trial scheduled for March 11. He remains in jail on a probation hold.

Gary Hamilton had an Initial Appearance and Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to charges of felony assault with a weapon, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. Omnibus is due October 20; Pre-Trial is set for February 16, 2024; with the Jury Trial scheduled for March 11. He is released on his own recognizance.

Joseph Matt was Sentenced to a charge of criminal possession of a dangerous drug; per a Guilty verdict of a Jury Trial. A Pre-Sentence investigation was submitted. He is due to be released from MSP in October 2025. This Sentence will merge with the current 24-month Sentence out of Powell County. He will get 200 days credit for time served. He is ordered to complete successfully chemical dependency treatment.

Casey Smith had a Petition to Revoke a deferred sentence on a charge of criminal endangerment. He is charged with allegedly not abiding to court orders by remaining law-abiding. He denies that he drove without a license and driving without liability insurance. An Evidentiary Hearing is set for December 15.

Codey Green pleaded a denial on Petition to Revoke. An Evidentiary Hearing is set for March 8, 2024. He is scheduled to discharge from custody on April 19, 2024.

Harvey Wildman had his Sentencing, with an amended charge of Petition to Revoke because of new criminal charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs. He had 23 total days of credit time served; out of both Gallatin and Silverbow Counties. His Sentence is 10 years D.O.C., all suspended, to run concurrently with those Sentences. He must show completion of Behavioral Health Court.
