The criminal docket in Judge Michael Menahan’s courtroom on Friday, August 4 is as follows:
Priscella Evans was to have a Pre-Trial Conference but did not show up for court. A $10,000 arrest warrant was issued. The jury draw was vacated.
Donald Dewit will have a Status Hearing on September 1.
Christopher Jones will have a Change of Plea on September 1. His Jury Trial was vacated.
Robert Bakke did not show up for his Pre-Trial Conference; An arrest warrant was issued.
