Full Belli Deli’s New Owners

There is new ownership of the Full Belli Deli; after Heidi and Dakota Bingham (and family) moved to Kentucky on June 19. You are familiar with one of the owners, Alisha Byrd, as she has worked at the deli for a few years. However, the ‘new girl in town’, Morgan Arnold, has only been in town for about two years.
This change is inspiring: two single mothers, each with three children have taken this leap of faith, making it a true family affair. Morgan was married to Alisha’s half-brother, who pushed Morgan to follow her dreams but holds no financial interest.
Alisha’s sister, Shay, and their mom and dad, Toni and Barney, all are helping to make this business a success.
You will see other familiar faces, too; Ashli (the new manager), Matt, Bruce (Takoda), and Cain welcome you and serve up essentially the same menu, including baking their own bread. A new ‘special’ item is Indian Fry-Bread Tacos which Bruce makes on Friday.
Arnold hails from Duluth, Minnesota; where she grew up in her family’s restaurant, Sir Benedict’s. They also served homemade soup and sandwiches. Sir Benedict’s was founded by Morgan’s grandfather, and then, passed on to her folks. She always had the vision of owning a restaurant, where she could enlist her mom’s soup recipes and serve the best of everything to hungry customers.
Morgan moved to Townsend after spending 20 years around Bozeman; finally finding city life too busy. She found family in Townsend; just the loving support she needed in order to fulfill those dreams. When asked about the future, she shared her five-year plan. “We hope to get a beer & wine license; buy the parking lot next door and expand; and get a food truck to take to fairs, rodeos and other venues.”
They serve great sandwiches, soups, pizzas, and other comfort foods around. No matter if you are a local or just passing through; make sure to stop in and order food. You can call 406-266-5459 for dine-in or to-go; but, be patient, you may have to call twice.
Their current hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 7 am-8 pm and Sunday & Monday, 7 am-3 pm. They may soon adjust those hours to seven days, 7 am-8 pm.
We all wish the best to this new ‘old’ business. They will honor the Full Belli name and tradition.
