The criminal docket in Judge Michael McMahon’s courtroom on Friday, July 14 is as follows:
Stacy Croy had an Arraignment; pleading Not Guilty to two counts of issuing a bad check in the amounts of $5,000, each. Omnibus is due September 1; Pre-Trial is set for December 1; with the Jury Trial scheduled for January 3, 2024.
Rebbekah Green had an Initial Appearance on a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence of allegations of not remaining law-abiding; by getting a DUI in Park County. She denies the allegations and an Evidentiary Hearing is set for August 11. A chemical dependency evaluation has been done and submitted to the court.
Margaret Austin had a warrant of arrest issued.
Joel Speiser had an Omnibus memorandum submitted on a misdemeanor charge of eluding. He will be sentenced on August 11.
Jesse Standifur had an Omnibus memorandum submitted on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; but, is in custody on a D.O.C. hold. He will be sentenced on August 11.
