Notice is hereby given that the Broadwater County Commissioners will be taking comments regarding the Rolling Glen Ranch PUD as it relates to the proposed Rolling Glen Ranch Estates Minor Subdivision.
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 1st at 6:00 p.m. in the Flynn Building located at 416 Broadway Street, Townsend. The proposed subdivision is located in portions of Sections 5 & 6, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Broadwater County. The property is located off of Wheatland Road approximately 4 miles northwest of the I-90/Highway 287 interchange.
Written comments are also being accepted.
