The criminal docket in Judge Michael Menahan’s courtroom on Friday, May 5 is as follows:
Justin Ahl had an Omnibus Memorandum filed.
Jason Wahlrich had his Sentencing after pleading Guilty to felony DUI (4). He is to serve 6-18 months in D.O.C. treatment. He receives a three-year suspended sentence; with 56 days credit time served. He must pay $80 fees and surcharges. Office of Public Defender fee is dismissed. He must follow all recommendations for aftercare. He received a $5000 fine: with his CTS exchanged @$75/day. He owes a fine of $800 (plus the $80 fees).
Raymond Harbeck had a Change of Plea, pleading Guilty to incest (child under 16; with offender three years or older). This case is consolidated with a similar case in Gallatin County. Harbeck went to Galen to have both mental health and psycho-sexual evaluations. In the Broadwater case, from 2004-2012, he had sex with his biological daughter in Radersburg. From 2010-2013, he had sex with the same daughter in Bozeman. A Pre-Sentence Investigation is ordered; with the tentative Sentencing date of June 2.
Pricella Evans did not appear for a Status Hearing. Her attorney stated he hasn’t been able to locate her. A warrant for her arrest is issued; with a $10,000 bond. Pre-Trial is set for August 4; with the Jury Trial scheduled for August 28.
Michael Coyle was scheduled for a bail modification; he is under a bond of $150,000. He faces charges of sexual assault of a minor (under twelve) along with receiving and promoting child pornography. He had communication with another adult; soliciting and corresponding about minors they had seen or spoken with; exhibiting predatory behavior. His bond stays as it is.
